Our SUMMER wheat beer. Straw blond in colour, easy to drink session beer. Light hoppy bitter taste with a refreshing citrus and elderflower aroma with a typical wheat beer character.
TRADITION 80/- 4.5% abv REGULAR BREW
A traditional Scottish style of brew, focusing on the mix of malted barley. Chestnut brown in colour with little hop, character but lots of malty flavours. Lovely bitter chocolate taste.
PROCRASTINATION 6% abv REGULAR BREW
DOUBLE HOPPED IPA (Indian Pale Are) boiled twice & hopped twice for maximum flavour. Straw coloured with a wonderful hoppy taste beautifully balanced with the higher alcohol.
SCOTTISH THISTLE 5% abv REGULAR BREW
SCOTTISH BEER brewed with a selection of roasted malted barley, Thistle Roots & Heather tips. A medieval recipe brewed to celebrate the “STIRLING 900”.
PUT BLACK STOUT 4.5% abv REGULAR BREW
Our POT BLACK STOUT is packed full of tasty dark malts giving flavours of bitter chocolate & coffee. This is a porridge stout giving body to the beer and a subtle oatmeal taste.
