All cancellations must be notified with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice given, by phone to the Allanwater Brewhouse on 01786 834555 (opening hours midday to midnight) or by email [email protected]
Due to the costs of additional staffing requirements, fresh food being prepared and live beer on tap the Allanwater Brewhouse cannot offer refunds. However, in the event of cancellation within reason, i.e. due to illness or major travel disruptions, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice given, the Brewhouse shall seek to arrange an alternative date for the tour in the future with you.
The decision of the rescheduling of tours cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is at the discretion of the Allanwater Brewhouse. This will be determined by the type of tour and circumstances of the cancellation. The Allanwater Brewhouse reserve the right to decline to reschedule any tour cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice if deemed appropriate to do so.
Any no-shows without any prior cancellation or communication forfeit the right to reschedule their tour due to the above additional preparations for hosting a tour.
Full dietary requirements for tours must be disclosed at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Allanwater Brewhouse should any additional requirements incur.
A full refund may be given to customers who cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. The customer then has 14 days to return the goods once notice of cancellation has been received. The customer must then be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They don’t have to provide a reason.
The consumer must pay return costs.
Returned goods must be sent back in the same condition as was purchased with proof of purchase. A replacement or full refund will follow.
Damaged or faulty goods are entitled to be replaced or refunded. Items to be returned in the condition they were found in with proof of purchase and reason for return enclosed. In the event that items cannot be returned then evidence must be provided for their state.
A deadline of 14 days, from date of purchase, for the return of goods.
From 25th May the Allanwater Brewhouse will comply fully with the new GDPR LEGISLATION EU directive.
